I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel with my children, and it was quite a positive experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located near Bugis MRT station, making it very easy to access public transportation. it is situated very close to a mosque, which was a great advantage for us as a Muslim family.
One minor negative aspect was that our room did not have a window, and there was a leak in the bathroom sink. However, these were very minor inconveniences and did not significantly impact our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were warm, wonderful, and always quick to help. The pillows were comfortable and we wished we could buy them. The location is great, very close to Arab Street and the Sultan mosque. It's also not far from Bugis station and we could easily walk to the metro.

The location of the hotel was great, with several attractions and dining options within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing assistance whenever needed. the shower area was modern and clean, offering a pleasant bathing experience.
There were some disappointing aspects of the hotel. The room was much smaller than expected and lacked proper soundproofing, resulting in a noisy stay.

Convenient location near tourist areas, public transportation, and shopping. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and provided necessities like towels, hairdryer, coffee/tea, and water. Easy access to bars and clubs. Efficient use of space in the small but well-equipped rooms.

The hotel's location near Bugis MRT station is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city and reach popular tourist spots. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms, though compact, are well-furnished with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a clean en-suite bathroom. The hotel also offers good facilities like a refrigerator, kettle, and hair dryer, which were all very useful during our stay.
One small area that could be improved is the communication between the front desk and guests. It would be helpful if they could pay more attention to specific requests, such as ordering taxis with the correct payment method, to ensure a seamless experience for all guests.
